Ironically, some the people who belong to this status in life are the ones who are the most capable of finishing their education. Poor people are noted to be enthusiastic and studious because of their dreams that someday that will be more than what they are right now. If you think rationally, they should be the one to be given with high priority to finish education. In fact, they deserve it, right?
